Introducing...

The DEI Executive Salon

Invitation-only, solution-focused conversations.

Countless DEI and HR leaders have told us that traditional conferences are too large to make meaningful connections, that the content is rarely tailored to senior-level audience members, and that participation doesn't typically deliver actionable new insights to advance their work.

The DEI Executive Salon was developed to fill this critical gap.

About the Salon...

What it is...

The DEI Executive Salon is an invitation-only convening specifically for senior DEI & HR leaders. Unlike traditional sit-and-listen events, these energizing working sessions involve active dialogue aimed at devising new solutions to specific, pressing challenges.

  • Authentically connect with your senior-level peers in a small-group setting–building a more powerful and lasting professional network.
  • Engage in practical problem-solving and leave with new approaches to immediately advance your own work while helping to move the entire DEI sector forward.
  • With your permission, be recognized in a published whitepaper based on the group's thinking and proposed solutions.

Navigating DEI Backlash: Staying Ahead of a Changing Social Climate

$1,100

Over the past few years, social justice and civil rights movements have made a significant impact on millions of individuals and organizations. Yet, as with other such movements throughout history, a backlash has emerged, putting workplace DEI initiatives, budgets, and progress at risk.

At this Salon, we'll develop specific strategies for mitigating resistance and regaining buy-in for DEI workplace initiatives.

Intersectionality of Doing Good: Effectively Unifying DEI, ESG, & CSR

$1,100

Boards, investors, and stakeholders are increasingly asking organizations how their DEI efforts are aligned with their overall Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts, and the trend is likely to continue. An intentional approach will help to ensure continued support while maximizing the cumulative impact of these initiatives.

At this Salon, we'll develop a proposed action plan for effectively aligning DEI, ESG, and CSR activities to maximize resources and impact.

Measuring What Matters: Determining How Best to Assess & Demonstrate DEI Impact

$1,100

DEI offices and work are relatively young in the grand scheme of the workplace–so, not surprisingly, the analytics side of the profession is still in its infancy in many respects. DEI leaders report that knowing what to measure to evaluate and demonstrate the impact of their work is one of their top challenges.

At this Salon, we'll develop a proposed "scorecard" of core metrics that today's organizations should begin using to evaluate their DEI  progress.
